 Urgent! Ms. Basschick!!

The email address did not accept my reply so I have posted it(my reply) for you. Please contact me with a new email! Remember, I am on your side! Mr. Denny
Hi Miss Bass, Mr. Denny here!
I am sooo proud of you for contacting me. Yes I will try to advise you in a helpful way. I am on your side I promise that. My wife Pamela is also a therapist. She and I traveled to Black Mountain N.C. a few years ago. It was a wonderful 4 day trip. We were just getting away from it all.

Now about you. Please checkout my views by discussing them with qualified professionals. Doctors, counselors, teachers, who ever you know. If you are a little short on these resources I can help too.

When we are young we have all the worlds problems "IN OUR LAPS!!!" It is not fun! It is hard! Been there done that!ha ha You can seperate my comments into 1 of 3 catagories. Write this down or print it out. It is very important. 1. A principle. Principles are those bits of information that you may rely on as being acceptable and correct in our society. 2. Ideas! Every one has ideas. Some are helpful and some not. Catagorize your ideas as, A. Helpful to you or B. Hurtful to you. The goal here is to eliminate the bad and multiply the good. C. Techniques. These are the coping skills of a mature adult that I will share with you.

First, stay clean, don't use any chemicals except what your doctor knows and approves of! Second, you must, must ,must write me back. I will tell you about my kids! That will be a trip!ha
This world is a better place because you are here! Believe that I believe in you! I DO!!!

 I achieved a goal today!

My friend, Captain, and I headed for K.C. Mo in a cute little Cessna 421 twin engine prop. This is a 7-9 passenger plane and he needed to go to the FAA for a ("check ride.") That gets him up to speed on his commercial ticket! I love to fly but because of my health I couldn't pass the flight physical for my license. Bummer! At least I can co-pilot and had a blast on takeoff and landing. If I were not sober I would not be where I am today! Blessed, I am blessed today! Plan your work and work your plan! You can achieve your goals as well! I know you can! Blog On! Mr. Denny

 SOBER HAPPY SUCCESSFUL= A GOAL

Today i witnessed a person saving their life with a blog! Way to go you, you, you know who you are!!!(professionals are bound by Federal confidentiality laws!) That is so cool!!! Here is what happened(i think?) A day or two ago i posted a blog that may have helped motivate a young person to get help for their abuse problem? I am sooo proud of her, I mean them? Addiction is a disease of denial and rather than deal with it we have another shot, pill, smoke ect.ect. That is how the procrastination kills us! We think we have tomorrow to make the change? No one is guaranteed tomorrow! Recovery is an action program. MAKE THAT CALL GO TO THAT GROUP ASK FOR HELP!!! We are waiting to help you! We want to help! The AA program teaches that to keep our recoveries we must give it(recovery) to the next person who asks for help! That is how we stay sober! We are so busy being productive members of the community we don't have time to (mess around!) When we pick up that next chip(go to meetings to get your chip)we realize, hey, this deal is working for me too! I got a 24 hour chip! Now for that 30 day chip! One day at a time! We in recovery love you for your efforts! Hang in there girl I mean, you hang in there! Blog On! Mr. Denny

 Tomorrow I may die?

01-16-06
I may die tomorrow? I will copilot the first flight I have taken in years! Recovery has allowed me to experience many joys and thrills that using did and would have robbed from me. My sweet wife Pamela and I have attended AA in 15 different states and 5 countries. I am not bragging--- I am just BRAGGING!!!! Being a sober member of AA and applying this program and principles to every area of my life has allowed very good progress for me. I am truly grateful! Without AA and sponsorship and meetings my life was a “zero!” Recovery has allowed several changes to occur naturally over a period of time. At times it has been difficult but always, it has been worth the effort. I am no longer fearful of the future and the past has been resolved to my satisfaction. Doing things my way left me homeless, penniless, unloved (except by God, my higher power!) and with no hope it would ever be different! Yes life is better now! Thanks to AA and my sponsors and you, the membership! Without you there is no “WE” to begin the first step of recovery!
Have a really good day! Blog on! Mr. Denny (www.acureforaddiction.com)

 Welcome to ' RECOVERY CSP'

What a terrific day! I have been blessed with new pals! Recovery is so great! I am not alone any longer! How to get started in recovery is a hard question until you know the answer. Make lists! Lists are like your road map to personal success. If you don't know the "way to San Jose," how you gona' GET THERE? The list is your "road map". This is sounding like work, aye? Well, how much work was it to stay "loaded?" That was work and it will kill you eventually!
Those who have joined this "ragtag" group are asked to benefit the best you can and feel free to ask questions. I am here to help you. A person recently suggested that attending recovery meetings was trading addictions. I understand that feeling. Association with other recovering humans has "intrinsic value" the behavior of "using" does not have, example? If you are building a new cabin on the lake and you don't know how to build, would you rather have a drunkin group of junkies try to help or the local trade unions volunteer force of retired builders who want to donate their time and skill to build your house? tic-tock-tic-tock? PICK! If I want to stay sober and repair my life I need those who have already done the work! Pick sponsors who have achieved what you would like to achieve. They want to help you!! Know why?????????Because some one else did it for them!!!! To keep it(recovery) we have to give it away! That is AA/NA ect. ect.Join our discussion group here, You are welcome!! BLOG ON! Mr.Denny
