Principles to "Thrive and Survive by!"

The ten life paradigms require maintenance, experimentation(limited and ethical) as well as principled and effective. When life seems unfair, that is basically because it is! UNFAIR! I would like to choke the person who coined the phrase, "GET OVER IT!"
When we are in suffering the ability to stop is unavailable to us. Wouldn't we if we could? "STOP IT!"
In recovery we at times are unable to see (over the pain) the solutions. It is just so hard! Yes it is hard! We care so deeply for each other that the term "family" is more meaningful and sustaining than almost anything. We need our family to be healthy! Thus a solution appears!
The solution is not necessarily the answer for our trauma but rather for our suffering. We must maintain our personal health to accomplish our longer term goals in life. Sponsors and members are here to share their experience, strength and hope so we can not only survive but thrive.
Examine your life paradigms and do the work. It is the work which will provide solutions and comfort in the face of the trauma you experience. One Day at a Time(ODAT!)

It is good to be back. I have been working to get my volunteer activities into a cogniscent reality! Successful yet? Who knows? My theory is that if just one person benefits from pondering these principles and uses them to accomplish their goal (respecting the law of GOD and man!) then a screaming success has ocurred! GLORY! Yup! I did a good thing!(accidental though it may have been!) I will visit more regularly as I have many cases to shepard! I will share them with you if you are voyeuristicly inclined at all? I will begin tomorrow! Fair warning has been issued. This will be interesting!
