(Frustrated?)
Pick a paradigm?
Lets do the physical paradigm.
My own experience is proof to me that I have complete control in my life over 2 things! Total control! Absolute control! What isssss' the problem here? The two things I have complete control over are --------------------- "WHEN I CHANGE MY SOCKS AND WHEN I CHANGE MY UNDERWEAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!????????????????? Everything else is a "duckshoot!!!"(hitandmiss???)Because we fail more often than not, we stop trying to make the changes which will improve the quality of our lives and often the length of our lives as well. How do we change successfully? Copy this blog or get your pen and paper and take notes.(there will be a pop quiz at the end of class!-just kidding

"AWARENESS IS THE KEY TO CHANGE!" Once I become aware of the answers I can choose to change!---or not---!
#1 There is a natural resistance to change. What is usual is comfortable not because it is good but because it is familiar. We resist change out of #2,fear. #3. What if I fail? SSSSOOOOOWHAT!!!FAILFAILFAIL!!! win!!!! IF YOU NEVER ATTEMPT TO MAKE A BASKETBALL SWOOOSH THE GOAL, YOU NEVER WILL LEARN TO PLAY!!!

The game of life (ODAT) requires that i try and fail. Once I learn and practice, practice, practice, i become better and better at the skill of life! The more we try and fail the sooner we will try and be successful. History is full of experiments? Failure is much more frequent than success.
Reinvent yourself! Go rent the move "Groundhog Day" and watch actor Bill Murry(?)change and become a success in life and love. What ever you want to do in your life is possible(if it is reasonable) I promise! If it is not to be, then we pick another goal and get busy!!! That is what life is!

Go live your life!
