I knew a lady, Ms. Suz who did her masters work on the benefits of using humor in therapy for treating alcoholism. Literally laughing ourselves sober! Ha! She passed a few years ago and was sober when she was transformed to spirit! She wanted that! I can hardly speak of her without tears! She was one of my mentors. We all loved her.
