After 20 plus years in the system you would think they would let me retire but NOOOOO! They want me to keep helping people! I don't know how to say or don't want to say NOOOOOOO! The truth is, I have so much gratitude and thankfulness in my heart it is my duty and privilege to be called! What an honor and humbling experience for state parole officers to call me and say this officer said you could help one of my people! How can I say know? I CAN'T!!!
Gratitude causes a recovering person to desire to share recovery with another suffering addict. "To keep it, you got to give it away!" It is in the A.A. Big Book!" Look it up and tell me how to do it!
